Rostrum Corporate Ltd will NOT charge any upfront fees for the placement or securing of any of the financial instruments offered. In offering this service Rostrum Corporate Ltd is seeking to act as a financial introducer to known SBLC and BG providers but does not warrant any success from using its services.​

By accessing  and using the systems and forms on this Web Site users acknowledge that Rostrum Corporate Ltd  has advised them all transactions have risk, and that prior to entering any transaction all clients should undertake to consult Independent Legal and Accounting Experts prior to commencing, signing or committing to any transaction.

Users are responsible for checking any financial instruments or introduction, meet the needs of their receiving parties before making payment / requesting the issue of such financial instruments. Rostrum Corporate Ltd, cannot be held liable should users fail to check the instruments are acceptable before payment.

Rostrum Corporate Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, and English law shall be applicable in all cases.

Rostrum Corporate Ltd.’s liability for loss, damages or any other impact as a result of any financial instrument not forthcoming, not meeting the required terms of seller or purchaser or any other interested party, non-payment of commission to Rostrum by the applicant or provider, shall in all cases be limited to a maximum of US$100.00.

Users accept that Rostrum Corporate Ltd will receive commission from the financial instrument provider upon successful issuance [but in certain circumstances, commission will need to be paid by the buyer, dependant on the provider sourced to deliver the instrument for the client]. This will be paid by the provider direct to Rostrum Corporate Ltd.   Introducers will be paid in line with the introducer agreement from ‘commission monies received’, In the cases of non-payment by the provider or applicant, Rostrum will not be liable for any losses or non-payment to the introducer.  Rostrum will ONLY pay Introducers from cleared funds it receives from the buyer or provider.
